Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic

Each TBI patient will receive comprehensive care from a team of professionals who specialize in neurocognitive recovery. The team consists of medical providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, Speech-Language Pathologists, Pharmacists, Dietetics, and Peer Trauma Survivors. Please speak with your primary care physician for a referral.
